We currently deliver orders to most cities and regions across the United Arab Emirates subject to courier availability and address coverage.

Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed.

During promotional campaigns, public holidays, or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take additional time. If a significant delay is expected, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery within United Arab Emirates is generally:

3–7 business days after order processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The estimated delivery timeframe applicable to your order will be communicated during the purchasing process where available.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before the customer completes the order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping or promotional delivery offers for selected products or locations.

If an order is delayed beyond the agreed delivery period, the customer may contact us for assistance. Consumer rights applicable under Saudi Arabian law remain unaffected.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers should inspect their shipment upon delivery whenever reasonably possible.

If the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photographs, and relevant details so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

Where permitted, customers may refuse delivery of a shipment that is visibly damaged or does not correspond to the order.

9. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If an order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately to request an address correction. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not always be possible.

Additional delivery charges may apply where a new shipment is required because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery, the customer must be available to receive the shipment and pay the applicable amount to the courier upon delivery.

Repeated refusal or failure to receive COD orders may affect the availability of COD for future orders.

11. International or Restricted Deliveries

At this time, our standard shipping service is intended for deliveries within United Arab Emirates. Certain products or locations may have delivery restrictions due to courier or regulatory requirements.
